About the College

The establishment and development of the college

The first period (1413-1418 AH): In response to appreciating the women's role in society and to ensure the sound scientific upbringing of future pioneers and developing their role in this region, and as a natural response to the need of primary education schools for teachers with scientific and educational qualifications, this college was established in 1413AH. It was affiliated with the General Presidency of Girl's Education and in its beginning, it was an intermediate college for preparing female teachers. The study duration was limited to two years, after that the graduates are awarded an intermediate College Diploma, and this continued until 1418 AH.

On my behalf and the behalf of the College members, I would like to welcome the College of Education in Wadi Addawasir Governorate website visitors, which to achieve effective communication between the college, members, and the local community and to inform the visitor of what the site contains from information and news about the college in addition to activities and events. The college aims to serve the local community and its various institutions through providing different high quality training programs and delivering them to all beneficiaries in the local community.
