في ضوء توجيهات الجامعة وحرصها على تأهيل الخريجات لسوق العمل أقامت كلية التربية بوادي الدواسر دورة تدريبية حول ( أخلاقيات مهنة المعلم ) والتي تعد بمثابة   تدريب مهني متخصص بخطة وحدة الخريجات وقد قدمت الدورة الدكتورة / نجلاء حامد ، والتي تناولت خلالها متطلبات مهنة المعلم وأخلاقياتها وأنها من أسمى وأرقى المهن التي تتطلب التحلي بالأخلاق الحسنة ومراعاة الضمير المهني للمعلم وإنعكاس ذلك على كل قطاعات المجتمع ، وحضر اللقاء عدد كبير من الطالبات والخريجات والمتوقع تخرجهن وقد تفاعلن الطالبات بشكل كبير مع محتوى الدورة وتم التأكيد عليهن لحضور مثل هذه الدورات التي تساعدهن على التدريب المهني وملاحقة متطلبات سوق العمل .
